From the initial contact through completion of their project in assessing and prepping my house for repair due to water damage in my kitchen, the SERVPRO crew was outstanding. I was briefed throughout the process on what was being done and why. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I never had to worry about delays or miscommunications which was important during a stressful event like this. All members were pleasant to deal with and professional. I never had to clean up after them or worry that things were left undone. The office staff also maintained routine communication with me on when the crew would arrive at my house throughout the process. SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties was a wonderful company to work with.  I had water in my home from a broken water line and they came out quickly to start the drying process.  I want to thank Hannah especially.  She was a doll and I felt like she was family because she seemed genuinely concerned. She explained what had to be done and made me feel very comfortable.  I hope I don't need this help again, but I know who to call if I do.

Golden Rule, that summarizes the way we were treated by SERVPRO. They came the day I called and we live 82 miles up in the mountains. Tony and Mike were courteous and very capable.... a rarity these days, plus they had snappy uniforms. I would recommend SERVPRO any time with no reservations.
