Community Care in a Storm of Uncertainty
1/26/2022 (Permalink)
It is not every day that a storm becomes strong enough to take off a roof in Shasta County, but that is exactly what happened with one of our latest customers. 2020 and 2021 taught us that we cannot predict what life may throw at us, but we can pick the people we walk through the storms with.
One of the definitions for "community" in Webster's dictionary is: "joint ownership or participation." This gives us a clear definition of what it means to be in a community. Whether it be unexpected fire or water damage, hidden mold, backed up sewage, or yes, even a powerful storm that blows off your roof, when you live in Shasta County, you know you have people who treat your disaster like it is our own. A company that is made up of your local brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, dads, moms, all ready to bring your family into ours and make your unexpected storm a little less stressful.
We know home means a lot more than drywall, wood, carpet, and a roof, and that is why SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties continues to pull out the red carpet when it comes to home restoration. We care about our cities and the people that make them a community. We participate in their lives when the world tries to knock them off course. We restore not just broken pipes or damaged roofs, we restore peace of mind by participating in our community.
Check out the below review by one of our local community members and how they experienced our services.
"I wanna personally thank Marty, Lucas, Rodney, Amanda, and Hanna. Thank you for coming to the rescue, it’s not every day that a storm takes your second-story roof off, and floods your whole house. You guys have been so helpful in getting my house packed up and moved into pods. While getting equipment in and drying this mess. Such an outstanding job, I definitely will recommend these representatives of SERVPRO." - Kassy Espinoza
