Lately, we as a company have been discussing ways to serve our community and customers even better than we have. Looking internally at the values we carry, and discovering what ways those values have become actions has been a fun and insightful process. What we have found is that at the heart of everything, we genuinely care about the peace of mind of our customers and our community. 

Reviews

One of the ways that we have been looking internally is by studying the reviews people have left about us. It was a fantastic discovery when we found that most customers felt a restored peace of mind after experiencing our services. Empathy and professionalism was the most commonly expressed experience. We are now in the process of creating systems and activities that will help to grow this experience even further.

 Tips

A magician never reveals their secrets. While that may be true for some, we have the heart to help people in any way we can. We understand there may be times when hiring a restoration company may not be possible. In those situations, we still want to offer as much help as possible. Much of our social media has been dedicated to offering tips on restoration and disaster prevention. In fact, we have a whole series of videos on youtube call Tips-on-the-go.  

Community involvement

Over the years, we have enjoyed supporting and participating in many of the amazing community events and foundations in Redding and the surrounding areas. Some of these groups include United Shasta, Salvation Army, Youth & Family Services, and recently we are helping a new foundation called the Liam Strong Car Giveaway. Its aim is to fight childhood cancer.
