Reviews are a great way for us to gauge how we are performing as a company. We believe it's our responsibility not only to provide professional services but also to handle our customers with care and empathy. When a customer leaves us a review it gives us a chance to reflect on our strengths, adjust where we need to, and praise the techs that did a great job. Taking reviews to the heart is a big part of what makes our company great! Here are a few of our recent reviews!

Thorough and kind

Alanna Renstrom review:

When our dishwasher flooded the kitchen, SERVPRO came in the next day to evaluate the situation. Mike and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind to us and extremely thorough in their assessment and in remedying the situation. They came out to check our moisture levels just about every day for two weeks and always greeted us with a smile. I wish I could remember every person's name to thank them personally, but I hope they know we appreciated their professionalism and their service!

Thorough, kindness, and consistent care are some of the attributes Alanna expressed throughout her review. These are areas we almost daily discuss. We understand that the situations we walk into are not the most favorable, and we want to do everything we can to set our customers at ease and regain peace of mind.

I had a major bathroom flood in the night.  SERVPRO showed up almost immediately on a Saturday!  They are in Redding and I live in Mount Shasta.  They spent TWO WEEKS drying out my house, packing the entire contents of my upstairs into two pods, and demolition of wet walls, carpet, etc.  During that entire time, I received the best customer care that I have EVER had from any company!  I would especially like to mention Dianna (what a sweetheart) AND Laura (also wonderful).  Tony was team lead on site and was just super!  Amanda packed all my belongings with such care, I really appreciated her.  Everyone bent over backwards to work with me whenever I had any requests.  They were also very considerate of my anxiety level during this unpleasant event.  I am not kidding, the best service I have EVER received!

Julie had the chance to interact with multiple people through our company and found our employees to be highly considerate every step of the way. Fast response is another value we carry and are proud to execute. We were happy to be able to respond so quickly for Julie and to carry a serving attitude throughout all of our work for her.
