When hiring a restoration company, the first thing most people expect is professional work. For our company, that’s not the height of our standard, but the floor from which we build. Sure, there are many other professional-level restoration companies, but we believe you deserve far more than professional service. At SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties, we are constantly asking the question “how can we help”. Here are a few ways we have found that we can help best.

Restoration Tips 

As much as we enjoy helping people in their time of need, we would much rather you not have a situation where restoration is needed. We also understand that there are times that a small amount of work on your home is necessary, and would not require a restoration team. Because of this, we are constantly giving tips through our social media posts, and also have a YouTube playlist called Tips-On-The-Go dedicated to prevention and restoration tips. Community Involvement

Our heart for this community goes beyond just words. We have been involved in helping organizations like United Shasta, One Safe Place, and Youth & Family Services among others. One of the programs that everyone can benefit from is our LoveLocal giveaway. 

We started our Love Local program at the beginning of the year, and once the COVID-19 loc down took place, we felt the need to support local businesses while helping the people in our community. Our idea was to buy from our local businesses and give away those items to our community that may be hurting from jobs shutting down. This is a giveaway we try to run every month.
