We are living in a very unique and trying time. This new territory presents new challenges that can cause frustrations we've never had before. Add a water damage event on top of that, and it is a recipe for disaster. Along with the damage to a home, we understand the concern for any outside person to enter your home during this pandemic. At SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties, our customer's peace of mind has always been at the top of our response. We have taken the necessary measures while performing water damage restoration to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Here is what you can expect from us during our work with water damage restoration.

Techs assessing the damage

Our day starts with ensuring our techs, and staff that is still working in the office, take their temperature, and have no other signs of illness. When we arrive at your home for the initial service call, our technicians will be wearing full personal protective gear. This ensures your safety as well as our own. We will continue assessing any water damage as normal.

Tech asserts necessary water damage work

When we begin the necessary water damage restoration, all of our techs will arrive in full PPE. They will continue to wear their protective gear for the duration of the water damage work in your home or business. Often clearing out space with water damage or mold can be physically strenuous, thus more challenging with personal protective gear, but our priority is the safety and peace of mind of our customers. These precautions are something we are happy to take!

Techs using drying equipment

Many of our water damage restoration jobs require specific tools and equipment for drying purposes. We ensure our equipment is safe to use, at this time, by cleaning all of our tools and equipment before they leave our warehouse, and after each job.

SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties has always adhered to the highest standards in safety and sanitation, and we are well prepared to continue our normal work as water restoration experts at a time like this!

If you need water restoration on your home or business, don't wait, contact us today!
