Water Damage Hard Wood Floors Drying

A leak in the upstairs master bath while the resident was on vacation lead to the following catastrophic water damage issues of having to tear out, dry out and ultimately replace much of the downstairs. All from one leak.

Water dripping through the ceiling from upstairs to the bottom floor. Stairs, the upstairs bedroom, and upstairs bathroom had standing water on the floors. We moved some furniture pieces in attempt to avoid further damage, but almost all furniture was already moved from affected areas. We drilled drain holes in the ceiling and extracted the standing water, in all affected rooms.
