After water damage the successful reinstallation of a Corian countertop.

One Piece. No Cracks. No Damage. Salvageable = Reduced Insurance Claims. We at SERVPRO have deep concern for customer safety and satisfaction. Possible rodent chewed through pipe. Wet behind dishwasher and under sink. Floor was wet in kitchen. Crew monitored affected areas Most water content is in the kitchen/dining areas (no standing water). Crew built containment to shrink the volume of affected areas. Placed equipment. Counters/kitchen cabinets will have to be removed, dry wall behind cabinets will have to be cut at 2'. Sump pump in crawl space. Team removed most of first layer of vinyl flooring and started removing 2nd layer. Team detached: range (gas), dishwasher, two counter tops, two lower cabinets.... Rat chewed through supply line in the kitchen, we have an affected kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Removed vinyl flooring, subfloor if necessary, baseboards, drywall, insulation from kitchen and crawl space with PPE and respirators, detach cabinets and countertops, detach sink and supply lines, appliances and supply lines, air condition cover and all necessary normal demo.
