Hotel pipe burst ceilings fall through

Local big industry hotel has emergency fire sprinkler burst during freezing weather. Another sign of the effects of el nino, going from high droughts in California to having high water and low snow temperatures. Some people weren't prepared for the weather of 2016/2017 after being in a drought for so long people stopped preparing for the freezing and rainy weather. Causing more damage then saving a few bucks over summer.
