Water Damage to Bathroom

Home water damage, especially in everyday living spaces, is a difficult interruption to the safety and security of homeowners.  There is nothing more personal than a bathroom.  In these photos SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties technicians needed to remove most of the internal structure to expose the foundation, studs and normally unseen structural components. 

Airmovers were brought in to quickly dry.  Odor removal and deodorization procedures included deep sanitizing of porous wood.  Water damage to a bathroom, often times, contains sewage and if left untreated turns into toxic mold.
