Upstairs Water Damage Anderson, CA

The upstairs bathroom pipes had burst after a night of freezing temperatures.  The water had damaged the floor of the restroom, which also happened to be the ceiling of the living room. The water seeped through the flooring and caused damage to the fireplace as well. Our technicians moved in fast enough to stop the water from spreading anymore then it already had preventing mold growth.  We started by shutting off the water to the home,while the plumber was working away at the pipes, our team extracted the water with our water claw. We then removed the dry wall and laminate flooring and placed dehumidifiers in both the upstairs and down stairs. When all our water readings came back to normal levels, we then proceeded to replace the dry wall and flooring. We were able to put the home back in order in time for the owners to have their yearly new years eve party,  the home owner said that her guests didn't even notice that the home had been damaged just weeks before.
