Thankful for the 30 years of service we have provided for Redding, CA and the surrounding areas in Water, Fire, and Storm Damage, Mold Remediation!

The new year is just around the corner. Everyone will be busy setting new year's resolutions, goals, and weight loss plans, while SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity, and Greater Tehama Counties will be heading into its 30th year of business. Started by Doug and Dianna Stephens in 1993, the goal was to help businesses, homeowners, and the community in their time of need. As locals, they have seen Redding, CA, and its surrounding areas grow and flourish into the cities we now know them as. They have quietly invested in this community by supporting local charities, fundraisers, and golf tournaments. Even creating a family-like atmosphere within SERVPRO of North Shasta, making all their employees feel important, needed, and valued. 

As a business, we have walked with this community through good and tough times. From rebuilding from fires to bringing bags of groceries to the homeless, we have been proud to serve this community for 30 years. We have seen the devastation of homes and business flooding, and we have held the hands of those who lost everything to a fire. We rejoiced with Turtle Bay when our "air scrubbers" could help bring fresh air to the animals during the CARR fire and suited up in full biohazard gear to bring safety and peace of mind to businesses and homes during COVID. 

SERVPRO of North Shasta isn't just another cleanup or restoration business. We make a difference in people's lives when they need us the most by being available at any time or at any hour of any day. Don't believe us? Just do the math! 30 years of being open 24 hours a day, means we have watched over this community for over 262,000 hours. If that doesn't say we care, I don't know what does.
