How The Process Begins

You have either heard of us from a friend, seen our trucks around town or perhaps found us online from a blog like this! Once you give us a call, you will speak with one of our friendly and amazing office staff that will ask questions to help assess how we can help. We will then schedule one of our technicians to come to your home or business to assess the damages, and the fire restoration needed.

Our Techs On Location

From the minute our technicians arrive to the moment they leave, their focus is to communicate with compassion for you and your situation and to handle their job with the highest level of professionalism. After their initial assessment of the fire damage, they will gather their findings, and construct an estimate for restoring and cleaning. Depending on the extent of the damage, the estimate typically takes 1-3 days to get back to you. If you do not already have a contractor for the rebuild, we can provide you with a list of contractors that we know and trust!

The Restoration Work Begins.

You will be well informed on the scope of our work before any fire restoration is performed. Our technicians are happy to answer any questions you may have before, during, or after the restoration work has begun. Again, we want to make sure we restore peace of mind, as well as your physical property, so don't be afraid to ask us questions!

Last Steps To Take

Once the job is complete, our technicians will thoroughly clean any mess made in the process of fire restoration. You will be asked to fill out a form on your satisfaction with us, and asked to leave us a review. Once the final balance is paid, you will receive a call from our office as a final follow-up. Our goal with this call is to hear directly from you about your experience in this process. We are always refining and updating our process to ensure you have the best customer experience possible!
