This home had been on the market for sale for quite some time. The original homeowner didn't winterize the home before putting it on the market. After a few months of sitting empty, the new realtor found the extensive mold damage throughout the entire home. After we were called in and confirmed that the mold was in most areas of the home, we then proceeded to remove the dry wall, flooring and some ceilings. Shortly after the reconstruction was completed by our licensed contractor, the home ended up selling for more then the original asking price! The happy new home owners expressed their gratitude to us!
