Pet Stains on Carpet in Red Bluff, CA

Candace called our carpet cleaner to see if we could help remove some pet stains and the urine smell in her elderly mothers home. The stains ranged from a year old to hours old and were throughout the entire home. Candace was concerned with the smell and the bacterial content the carpets may be holding deep down, she had rented a do it yourself machine. Candace stated it took her 3.5 hours to clean them and that the carpets looked good after she had done them herself, however within hours of her self cleaning as they started to dry she noticed the stains came right back and the smell got stronger! She called our carpet cleaner to see why this may have happened. After the initial contact she decided to have us give it a try. After we cleaned the carpets we then deodorized and enzyme them before doing a quick dry out to prevent any smells and bacterial growth. They were very impressed with the work and were happy to not have to replace the carpets in the home.
