Basement Mold Redding, CA

This basement is below the water table next to a high flood zone. This was very bad planning on the builders behalf. Over the past few weeks of December 2016 we have had 3 inches of water and have been on flood watch not to mention this is only week two into it... The homeowners rarely go down to the basement its mainly used for storage. Last week when the power went out they had to go down stairs to flip the breakers and found all the water damage and the mold that had been building up for the past few weeks. It took us 6 days to clean up the mess. Upon our completion of the job we also left the owners with a preparedness pamphlet on how to prepare for a flood so that over the next few months this wont happen again.
