Water Damage Becomes Mold

This local business has leak in the roof so they called a local contractor to fix the leak right away. This was a great start! However, they overlooked the underlying damage. Just because you cant see it with your eyes does not mean there isn't hidden damages. Employees complained of a musty smell coming from numerous areas in the building. When complaints were forwarded to the maintenance department of the business he decided to check the heater vents, upon pulling the covers off they quickly noticed the moisture. when our technicians arrived on scene we quickly deducted there was mold hiding in the walls and started the containment right away!
