Laura Burgdorf is our Sales & Marketing Manager and has been with us since 2003. She is certified in Water Damage Restoration. What she enjoys most about her job is meeting new people and giving them the advice to help them through the process of water, fire, and mold remediation. She has 2 children, Jenna and Nicholas. Spending time with family is her favorite way to enjoy her free time!

Suzy Mason is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties and she has been with us for six years. She is certified in Water Damage Restoration. Suzy has four children and Lexi, her Boston Terrier. She's a huge San Jose Sharks fan and loves playing golf.

Our Crew Chief Tony has been with our company for 10 years.  He started with his twin brother, Eric, at SERVPRO in 1987 and he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced.  He is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration.  He enjoys riding dirt bikes and snowboarding in his spare time.

Amanda Parrish is one of our phenomenal Technician Crew Chiefs. She is certified in Water Damage Restoration. She loves to spend time with her family and has one son, one dog, and three cats. What Amanda loves most about her job is coming to work every day and helping people overcome the challenges they face.

Hannah W.

Hanna Weippert is one of our amazing Technician Crew Chiefs. She is certified in Water Damage Restoration. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she responded that every job is different, and you learn something new every day. Hannah also commented that she enjoys being able to help people during times of great stress in their life. Hanna is an avid animal lover, with cats being her favorite. She has been a painter for several years and collects rare carnivorous plants.

Jenn is our office manager. She recently graduated from Simpson University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She loves spending time with her family and taking time out to help people through difficult times. She will always go above and beyone to help our customers with local resources if we don't provide the service.

Dan's unwavering dedication to growth and exceptional customer service has been the cornerstone of our company's success. He is committed to providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and earning their trust. His passion for excellence has propelled our company to new heights, and he continues to strive for excellence in every aspect of our business.

Aside from his professional expertise, Dan is known for his playful and jovial nature. As a self-proclaimed jokster, he loves to bring laughter and joy to our team, creating a fun and dynamic work environment. He takes pride in being a hands-on owner, actively engaging with his employees and fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Dan's family holds a special place in his heart. As a dedicated husband to Teresa, who is also a Co-Owner of our company, and a proud father of 7 children, he is committed to leaving a legacy for his family. He envisions building a thriving business that his children, including his daughter Breanna, can carry forward with pride.
